Analysis: The Pelicans say a procedure performed Wednesday was deemed successful after a screw was removed from a rod previously placed along Holiday's shin to help him heal from a stress fracture that first sidelined him two seasons ago. The Pelicans say they will set a timetable for Holiday's return to basketball activities later.
