Analysis: A procedure will likely keep Sessions, the primary backup to Kemba Walker, out for multiple weeks. The Hornets do have some other experienced options in Brian Roberts and the recently signed Ray McCallum, though neither qualifies as an impact player.

Center Roy Hibbert and Sessions agreed to terms with the Hornets, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
Analysis: Sessions will get a two-year deal worth $12.3 million with a team option for the second season. The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the deals cannot be signed until Thursday.
