Analysis: Udrih is entering his 13th NBA season. He has averaged 8.5 points and 3.4 assists in his career. He played for the Heat and Memphis Grizzlies last season, averaging 4.7 points and 2.6 assists. The 6-foot-4 native of Slovenia was drafted in the first round by the San Antonio Spurs in 2004 and also played for Sacramento, Orlando and New York.

Terms were not disclosed but the Miami Herald reported the deal is for one year at the veteran's minimum of $1.4 million.
Analysis: Udrih, 34, has appeared in 792 NBA regular-season games (272 starts) during his 12-year career, averaging 8.5 points, 3.4 assists, 2.1 rebounds and 22.3 minutes while shooting 46.3 percent from the floor, 34.9 percent from 3-point range and 83 percent from the foul line. Udrih averaged 4.4 points and 2.5 assists and 16.3 minutes in 36 games for the Heat last season after a November trade from the Memphis Grizzlies.
