Analysis: Horford, who missed most of 2011-12 with a torn left pectoral muscle, was injured in the first overtime Friday night in a victory at Cleveland and likely will need surgery soon. When Horford was hurt two seasons ago, he was sidelined 55 games after undergoing surgery. He returned for the last three playoff games of Atlanta's first-round loss to Boston.
