|Jan. 7, 20177:53 PM PT8:53 PM MT9:53 PM CT10:53 PM ET3:53 GMT11:53 AM 北京时间8:53 PM MST10:53 PM EST9:53 PM CT7:53 UAE (+1)22:53 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 18 of 32 for 205 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Saturday in the Detroit Lions' 26-6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked three times. Stafford added 15 rushing yards on three carries.
Analysis: Stafford had an excellent season but the Lions ended with four straight losses and his play was a contributing factor as Detroit was held without a touchdown twice. During that skid, Stafford completed just 59.5 percent of his passes, threw just two touchdowns and three picks.
|Jan. 1, 20178:42 PM PT9:42 PM MT10:42 PM CT11:42 PM ET4:42 GMT12:42 AM 北京时间9:42 PM MST11:42 PM EST10:42 PM CT8:42 UAE23:42 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 26 of 41 for 347 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Detroit Lions' 31-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked two times.
Analysis: Stafford's 347 yards was high second-highest total of the season, but he was guilty of several overthrows so that number should've been higher. He wasn't nearly as sharp down the stretch as Detroit finished with three straight losses, and a playoff matchup against Seattle won't help any.
|Dec. 26, 20168:26 PM PT9:26 PM MT10:26 PM CT11:26 PM ET4:26 GMT12:26 AM 北京时间9:26 PM MST11:26 PM EST10:26 PM CT8:26 UAE23:26 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 26 of 46 for 260 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Monday in the Detroit Lions' 42-21 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He threw one interception, fumbled once and was sacked four times. Stafford added one rushing yard on one carry and scored one touchdown on the ground.
Analysis: Stafford wasn't particularly sharp, completing just 56.5 percent of his passes and failing to throw a touchdown for the second straight game. In his last two games - both losses - Stafford has completed just 58.8 percent with no TDs and two interceptions. He'll need to be much better in next week's showdown with Green Bay.
|Dec. 18, 20163:30 PM PT4:30 PM MT5:30 PM CT6:30 PM ET23:30 GMT7:30 AM 北京时间4:30 PM MST6:30 PM EST5:30 PM CT3:30 UAE (+1)18:30 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 24 of 39 for 273 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Sunday in the Detroit Lions' 17-6 loss to the New York Giants. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked one time. Stafford added 13 rushing yards on two carries.
Analysis: The Giants' sound pass defense had more to do with Stafford's pedestrian fantasy performance than his dislocated right finger. The injury should still be a concern going forward, though. Stafford has thrown three INTs over the last two weeks after having just one over his previous eight games.
|Dec. 14, 201610:58 AM PT11:58 AM MT12:58 PM CT1:58 PM ET18:58 GMT2:58 AM 北京时间11:58 AM MST1:58 PM EST12:58 PM CT22:58 UAE13:58 ETNaN: - Stafford had a different look at practice Wednesday. He wore a glove on his right throwing hand that covered only his injured middle finger. He seemed to throw accurately with a decent degree of velocity to teammates during the portion of practice that was open to reporters.
Analysis: The New York Giants will provide a much tougher test for Stafford's ability to pass effectively with a banged-up finger outdoors and on the road this weekend. Stafford hurt his finger in the first quarter of Sunday's win over Chicago. He played the rest of the game with a glove covering all his fingers and thumb on his right hand.
|Dec. 12, 201611:36 AM PT12:36 PM MT1:36 PM CT2:36 PM ET19:36 GMT3:36 AM 北京时间12:36 PM MST2:36 PM EST1:36 PM CT23:36 UAE14:36 ETNaN: - Lions coach Jim Caldwell says Stafford's finger injury should not prevent him from playing this weekend against the New York Giants.
Analysis: The middle finger on Stafford's right hand was taped up and covered by a white glove Sunday, when he threw for 223 yards in a 20-17 win over Chicago. Stafford had an interception returned for a touchdown in the fourth quarter. Caldwell said Monday the injury affected Stafford against the Bears, but he should be able to practice.
|Dec. 11, 20161:08 PM PT2:08 PM MT3:08 PM CT4:08 PM ET21:08 GMT5:08 AM 北京时间2:08 PM MST4:08 PM EST3:08 PM CT1:08 UAE (+1)16:08 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 21 of 35 for 223 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Detroit Lions' 20-17 win over the Chicago Bears. He threw two interceptions, didn't fumble and was sacked three times. Stafford added 15 rushing yards on four carries and scored one touchdown on the ground.
Analysis: Stafford struggled against the Bears again with a pair of picks for the first time since Week 4, but directed a game-winning touchdown drive in the fourth quarter capped by his first rushing score of the season. He dislocated his right middle finger and reportedly also tore ligaments in the finger on his throwing hand. The injury affected his grip, but he remained in the game.
|Dec. 4, 20161:56 PM PT2:56 PM MT3:56 PM CT4:56 PM ET21:56 GMT5:56 AM 北京时间2:56 PM MST4:56 PM EST3:56 PM CT1:56 UAE (+1)16:56 ETNaN: - Matthew Stafford was 30 of 42 for 341 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Detroit Lions' 28-13 win over the New Orleans Saints. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked two times. Stafford added 22 rushing yards on three carries.
Analysis: Stafford hadn't been great in the Lions' last four games - including three straight wins - but he was Sunday, pushing his passer rating over 100 for the season.
|Nov. 24, 201612:17 PM PT1:17 PM MT2:17 PM CT3:17 PM ET20:17 GMT4:17 AM 北京时间1:17 PM MST3:17 PM EST2:17 PM CT0:17 UAE (+1)15:17 ETNaN: - Stafford was 23 of 40 for 232 yards and threw one touchdown pass Thursday in the Detroit Lions' 16-13 win over the Minnesota Vikings. He did not throw an interception and added 30 yards on four carries.
Analysis: Stafford has led the Lions to six wins in their last seven games, throwing for 1,685 yards and 12 TDs to just one INT while completing 66.8 percent of his passes.
|Nov. 20, 20162:15 PM PT3:15 PM MT4:15 PM CT5:15 PM ET22:15 GMT6:15 AM 北京时间3:15 PM MST5:15 PM EST4:15 PM CT2:15 UAE (+1)17:15 ETNaN: - Stafford completed 24 of 33 passes for 278 yards with no touchdowns and no turnovers in Detroit's 26-19 win over Jacksonville on Sunday.
Analysis: Stafford continues to play very solid football during a 5-1 stretch for the Lions, as he's thrown just one interception over that period. His fantasy numbers aren't as impressive with four touchdowns and no 300-yard efforts over his past four games. He'll be a low-end fantasy quarterback when the Lions face a tough Minnesota defense on Thanksgiving Day.
|Nov. 6, 20161:34 PM PT2:34 PM MT3:34 PM CT4:34 PM ET21:34 GMT5:34 AM 北京时间2:34 PM MST4:34 PM EST3:34 PM CT1:34 UAE (+1)16:34 ETNaN: - Stafford completed 23 of 36 passes for 219 yards, two touchdowns and an interception Sunday in a 22-16 OT win at Minnesota. He hit Golden Tate on a 28-yard scoring strike in OT to win it.
Analysis: It was far from a banner day for Stafford, who threw for 219 yards for his third-lowest total of the season and also was picked for the first time in five games. Stafford threw a TD pass for the fifth straight game, tallying 11 with in that span. He will enjoy Detroit's bye next week before likely feasting on Jacksonville Nov. 20.
|Oct. 30, 201612:49 PM PT1:49 PM MT2:49 PM CT3:49 PM ET19:49 GMT3:49 AM 北京时间12:49 PM MST2:49 PM EST1:49 PM CT23:49 UAE15:49 ETNaN: - Stafford finished with 240 yards and a touchdown on 27-of-41 passing in the Lions' 20-13 loss at Houston.
Analysis: Though his fantasy owners may be a bit disappointed, it's another efficient effort from the Detroit quarterback. Stafford has now gone four straight games without an interception and has completed 69 percent of his attempts with nine touchdowns over that span.
|Oct. 23, 20161:44 PM PT2:44 PM MT3:44 PM CT4:44 PM ET20:44 GMT4:44 AM 北京时间1:44 PM MST3:44 PM EST3:44 PM CT0:44 UAE (+1)16:44 ETNaN: - Stafford threw a go-ahead, 18-yard touchdown pass to Anquan Boldin with 16 seconds left to lift the Lions to a 20-17 win over the Redskins on Sunday.
Analysis: Stafford, who set up game-winning kicks in the previous two games, was 18 of 29 for 266 yards and the TD. He's passed for eight TDs and no INTs in the last three games.
|Oct. 16, 201612:45 PM PT1:45 PM MT2:45 PM CT3:45 PM ET19:45 GMT3:45 AM 北京时间12:45 PM MST2:45 PM EST2:45 PM CT23:45 UAE15:45 ET18:45 - Stafford was 23 of 31 for 270 yards and four touchdowns without an interception in Sunday's win over the Rams.
Analysis: He's thrown seven TDs in without a pick in two games.
|Oct. 9, 201612:59 PM PT1:59 PM MT2:59 PM CT3:59 PM ET19:59 GMT3:59 AM 北京时间12:59 PM MST2:59 PM EST2:59 PM CT23:59 UAE15:59 ET18:59 - Stafford only threw for 180 yards on Sunday, thought he also tossed three TDs in Detroit's 24-23 win over the previously undefeated Eagles.
Analysis: It was a much better performance than the Week 4 loss to the Bears, when Stafford threw for 213 yards with two interceptions and no TDs.
|Oct. 2, 20165:05 PM PT6:05 PM MT7:05 PM CT8:05 PM ET0:05 GMT8:05 AM 北京时间5:05 PM MST7:05 PM EST7:05 PM CT4:05 UAE (+1)20:05 ET23:05 - Stafford completed 23 of 36 passes at Chicago, but managed just 213 yards without a touchdown and was intercepted twice in Detroit's 17-14 loss.
Analysis: Stafford didn't come close to matching his 385-yard, three-touchdown output of a week ago, but consistency hasn't been his forte in recent years. Facing a Philadelphia defense that hasn't allowed a touchdown pass through three games next week, he'll be a risky choice in one-quarterback leagues.
|Sep. 25, 201612:21 PM PT1:21 PM MT2:21 PM CT3:21 PM ET19:21 GMT3:21 AM 北京时间12:21 PM MST2:21 PM EST2:21 PM CT23:21 UAE15:21 ET18:21 - Stafford ended up posting some big numbers as he tried to rally Detroit back in a 34-27 loss to the Packers on Sunday. He completed 28 of 41 passes for 385 yards and three TDs with only one interception.
Analysis: Stafford has thrown for 985 yards with seven touchdowns and two picks through the first three games.
|Sep. 18, 20161:03 PM PT2:03 PM MT3:03 PM CT4:03 PM ET20:03 GMT4:03 AM 北京时间1:03 PM MST3:03 PM EST3:03 PM CT0:03 UAE (+1)16:03 ET19:03 - Stafford didn't have a very good performance Sunday in a 16-15 loss to the Titans, going 22 of 40 for 260 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
Analysis: Stafford, who was much sharper in the season opener, wasn't helped by an injury to starting running back Ameer Abdullah, who left with an injured left foot after a 24-yard run in the second quarter. Stafford also made his first real mistake of the season, throwing a pick in the final minute.
|Sep. 11, 20165:21 PM PT6:21 PM MT7:21 PM CT8:21 PM ET0:21 GMT8:21 AM 北京时间5:21 PM MST7:21 PM EST7:21 PM CT4:21 UAE (+1)20:21 ET23:21 - Stafford was 31 of 39 for 340 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's win over the Colts.
Analysis: Dating back to Week 12 of last season, Stafford has completed 73.4 percent of his passes with 20 TDs to just one interception.
|Aug. 18, 20166:53 PM PT7:53 PM MT8:53 PM CT9:53 PM ET1:53 GMT9:53 AM 北京时间6:53 PM MST8:53 PM EST8:53 PM CT5:53 UAE (+1)21:53 ET0:53 - On Thursday against the Bengals, Stafford was 8 of 11 for 113 yards, but the Lions went without a touchdown until the final minute of the game.
Analysis: Stafford no longer has Megatron to throw to, but ex-Bangal Marvin Jones had a nice evening with four catches for 65 yards
