Ginn said Friday he plans to "fight through" the injury and vows to be 100 percent for the game.

Analysis: Ginn, 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, helped the Panthers go 12-4 and win the NFC South in 2013 before signing with the Cardinals as a free agent last offseason. However, Arizona cut the 29-year-old Ginn after just one year. The eight-year pro enjoyed one of his better seasons with Carolina, catching 36 passes for 556 yards and a career-high five touchdowns. He averaged 23.8 yards per kickoff return and 12.2 yards per punt return.
