The trade Friday, the first by new Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan, is for an unspecified draft pick, according to the person who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because neither team had announced the deal.
Analysis: Marshall, who turns 31 on March 23, has played the last three seasons with the Bears. He had 61 catches last season, his lowest total since his rookie year with Denver in 2006 while dealing with injuries.
|Dec. 9 2:23 PM PT3:23 PM MT4:23 PM CT5:23 PM ET22:23 GMT6:23 AM 北京时间3:23 PM MST5:23 PM EST4:23 PM CT2:23 UAE (+1)17:23 ET20:23 - Marshall was placed on injured reserve Monday because of rib and lung injuries and will miss the rest of the season. Marshall broke two ribs and hurt his lung in the second quarter of Thursday's 41-28 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The five-time Pro Bowl receiver was hit in the right side by the knee of Dallas defensive back Barry Church after making a catch and was taken from the stadium in an ambulance.
Analysis: He was limited by ankle injuries early in the year and finished with 61 catches for 721 yards, ending a string a seven straight 1,000-yard seasons.
|Dec. 4 6:36 PM PT7:36 PM MT8:36 PM CT9:36 PM ET2:36 GMT10:36 AM 北京时间7:36 PM MST9:36 PM EST8:36 PM CT6:36 UAE (+1)21:36 ET0:36 - Marshall is out of the hospital after suffering two broken ribs and a lung injury last week.
Analysis: Marshall was hurt in the second quarter of Thursday's 41-28 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He was hit in the right side by the knee of Dallas defensive back Barry Church after making a catch. Coach Marc Trestman acknowledged Monday that Marshall will likely miss the remainder of the season, ending a string of seven straight 1,000-yard seasons. He has 61 catches for 721 yards.
|Nov. 20 2:37 PM PT3:37 PM MT4:37 PM CT5:37 PM ET22:37 GMT6:37 AM 北京时间3:37 PM MST5:37 PM EST4:37 PM CT2:37 UAE (+1)17:37 ET20:37 - Marshall (ankle) and Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) were limited in practice Thursday.
Analysis: Both sat out Wednesday, so this is a step in the right direction.
|Nov. 17 9:43 AM PT10:43 AM MT11:43 AM CT12:43 PM ET17:43 GMT1:43 AM 北京时间10:43 AM MST12:43 PM EST11:43 AM CT21:43 UAE12:43 ET15:43 - Marshall caught seven passes for 90 yards and two TDs in Sunday's win over the Vikings.
Analysis: Marshall has three TDs in two games.
|Nov. 9 7:47 PM PT8:47 PM MT9:47 PM CT10:47 PM ET3:47 GMT11:47 AM 北京时间8:47 PM MST10:47 PM EST9:47 PM CT7:47 UAE (+1)22:47 ET1:47 - Marshall injured an ankle early in the fourth quarter Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers.

|Oct. 20 9:29 AM PT10:29 AM MT11:29 AM CT12:29 PM ET16:29 GMT12:29 AM 北京时间9:29 AM MST11:29 AM EST11:29 AM CT20:29 UAE12:29 ET14:29 - Marshall called out himself and his teammates, especially quarterback and friend Jay Cutler, after Sunday's lackluster effort against Miami.
Analysis: Marshall is frustrated, and when that's the case he has no problem lashing out on others no matter how mellow he says he's become. This is obviously not a good situation for the Bears.
|Oct. 13 11:43 AM PT12:43 PM MT1:43 PM CT2:43 PM ET18:43 GMT2:43 AM 北京时间11:43 AM MST1:43 PM EST1:43 PM CT22:43 UAE14:43 ET17:43 - Marshall turned in an electrifying performance Sunday.
Analysis: Marshall came up with six receptions for 113 yards, as he topped the century mark for the first time. Look for the emotional Marshall to be fired up next weekend as he faces his previous team, the Dolphins, in an interconference matchup at Soldier Field.
|Oct. 6 4:02 AM PT5:02 AM MT6:02 AM CT7:02 AM ET11:02 GMT7:02 PM 北京时间4:02 AM MST6:02 AM EST6:02 AM CT15:02 UAE7:02 ET10:02 - Marshall had three receptions for 44 yards against the Panthers on Sunday.

Analysis: Marshall has been hobbled since he sprained his right ankle in the season opener. He left in the second quarter Monday night game against the New York Jets but returned in the second half, finishing with just one reception for 6 yards.
|Sep. 22 5:49 PM PT6:49 PM MT7:49 PM CT8:49 PM ET0:49 GMT8:49 AM 北京时间5:49 PM MST7:49 PM EST7:49 PM CT4:49 UAE (+1)20:49 ET23:49 - Marshall has injured his right ankle in the second quarter against the New York Jets, but returned to the contest in the second half.
Analysis: The Bears initially said Marshall, who was questionable for the game Monday night with the ankle ailing, was probable to return. But the star receiver headed to the locker room midway through the quarter. His return is obviously huge for fantasy purposes.
|Sep. 19 3:14 PM PT4:14 PM MT5:14 PM CT6:14 PM ET22:14 GMT6:14 AM 北京时间3:14 PM MST5:14 PM EST5:14 PM CT2:14 UAE (+1)18:14 ET21:14 - Marshall is active for Monday night's game against the New York Jets.

Analysis: He's seen 20 targets in two games, and plenty are coming in the red zone as he's scored four TDs.
|Sep. 12 3:14 PM PT4:14 PM MT5:14 PM CT6:14 PM ET22:14 GMT6:14 AM 北京时间3:14 PM MST5:14 PM EST5:14 PM CT2:14 UAE (+1)18:14 ET21:14 - Marshall has been activated for Sunday night's contest against the 49ers.
Analysis: Marshall had been questionable with an injured ankle. Coach Marc Trestman said he has no overall policy about using a player who hasn't been able to practice during the week, calling it a "player to player decision."
|May 19 9:42 AM PT10:42 AM MT11:42 AM CT12:42 PM ET16:42 GMT12:42 AM 北京时间9:42 AM MST11:42 AM EST11:42 AM CT20:42 UAE12:42 ET15:42 - The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with Marshall on a three-year contract extension. Marshall's contract now runs through the 2017 season. It is worth a reported $30 million, and Marshall's foundation tweeted Monday that he was donating $1 million to the "mental health community."
Analysis: In two seasons in Chicago, Marshall has been named to the Pro Bowl twice and ranked second in the NFL during that time in receptions (218), fourth in receiving yards (2,803), fifth in touchdown receptions (23) and tied for second in 100-yard receiving games (13).
