The Indianapolis receiver was initially listed as day-to-day before being ruled out Friday by coach Chuck Pagano.
Analysis: Wayne has caught 38 passes for 434 yards and one touchdown this season. He was not available for comment Friday. Pagano simply stated he isn't ready to go.

Analysis: Wayne caught five passes for 34 yards in the first quarter, giving him 13,904 yards, 5 more yards than Carter gained in his career. Wayne also extended his NFL record of consecutive games with three or more receptions to 76. And Wayne may not be done. Hall of Famer James Lofton is eighth on the NFL's career list with 14,004 yards.

Aug. 23 4:16 PM PT5:16 PM MT6:16 PM CT7:16 PM ET23:16 GMT7:16 AM 北京时间4:16 PM MST6:16 PM EST6:16 PM CT3:16 UAE (+1)19:16 ET22:16 - Wayne will make his preseason debut Saturday night against New Orleans.
Analysis: The six-time Pro Bowler has not played since tearing the ACL in his right knee in mid-October against Denver. He had made it clear he wanted to see some action before the season-opener Sept. 7 against the Broncos. Wayne is still likely to see very limited action against New Orleans, his hometown team.
June 17 1:09 PM PT2:09 PM MT3:09 PM CT4:09 PM ET20:09 GMT4:09 AM 北京时间1:09 PM MST3:09 PM EST3:09 PM CT0:09 UAE (+1)16:09 ET19:09 - An injured right knee has kept Colts receiver Reggie Wayne on the sideline the entire offseason. Team doctors weren't even willing to clear him for Tuesday's opening practice in the team's mandatory three-day mini-camp.
Analysis: Wayne is instructing younger players such as tight end Dwayne Allen on how to deal with injuries, run crisper routes and make progress when nobody else is paying attention. Allen says he's been showing up in other meeting rooms, not just with the quarterbacks and receivers. He's been so active that the Colts assistant coaches are ready to make Wayne one of their own.
Apr. 18 2:47 PM PT3:47 PM MT4:47 PM CT5:47 PM ET21:47 GMT5:47 AM 北京时间2:47 PM MST4:47 PM EST4:47 PM CT1:47 UAE (+1)17:47 ET20:47 - Andrew Luck is already back to work. He hopes Reggie Wayne will soon join him on the practice field. The Colts star quarterback and Pro Bowl receiver both returned to Indianapolis on Friday for charity events, just five days before the Colts hold their first official offseason workouts.
Analysis: Wayne is trying to return from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. The two have not been able to work together yet, but they're hoping that will change. Luck said he expects Wayne to return and be as productive as he ever has.
