Ohio State rolls to easy win over Youngstown State

(TSX / STATS) -- The Ohio State Buckeyes raced to a big early lead and cruised to a 77-40 win over Youngstown State Tuesday night in Columbus, Ohio.

Ohio State shot 50 percent from the floor while holding their intra-state rival to just 21 percent. The Buckeyes were 5-for-15 from 3-point range, an improvement from the past three games in which they made just 11 of 62.

Jae'Sean Tate, Kam Williams and Keita Bates-Diop each scored 15 points to lead Ohio State. Trevor Thompson had 11 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks for the Buckeyes, who had nine different players score. Ohio State held a 54-35 rebound advantage.
