No. 9 Texas A&M blasts Savannah State

(TSX / STATS) -- COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- After Texas A&M scored its most points in nearly 30 years and drilled the most 3-pointers in school history, it's easy to understand why Tyler Davis enjoyed Wednesday night against Savannah State.

"I thought it was a fun game," he said. "They were shooting a lot of shots and we were shooting a lot of shots. They tried to zone us, but like I said it was fun watching the guys get up and down. We had some highlight plays, some cool dunks. It was a lot of fun watching that."

DJ Hogg scored 18 points, Davis and Tonny Trocha-Morelos notched double-doubles and No. 9 Texas A&M rolled over Savannah State 113-66 at Reed Arena.
