NORMAN, Okla. (AP) An Oklahoma basketball player stabbed at a Norman nightclub has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, Sooners coach Jeff Capel said Thursday.
Freshman guard Ray Willis was released from hospital care on Wednesday.
"He sustained multiple wounds, one of which resulted in a partially collapsed lung," Capel said. "Although there is no timetable for his return to the court, we expect him to be ready for the start of practice in mid-October."
